Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.
Last updated: 28 July 2026.

Who we are

Vyntworks is a trading name of Orleyton Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12577916, with its registered office at The Old Plough, Bagstone Road, Bagstone, Wotton-under-Edge, GL12 8BD. We operate vyntworks.com and the Vyntworks platform, and we are the data controller for the information described in this policy. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@vyntworks.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run the site securely:

  • Demo and contact requests — your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and message, together with technical details of the submission (IP address, browser type and referring page) which we use solely to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Sales chat — the messages you type into the chat assistant. These are processed by our AI infrastructure provider to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • Onboarding planner — the description of your business you choose to provide, and your email address if you ask us to send you the generated plan.
  • Server logs — standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The only cookies set are essential ones: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo or trial you asked for.
  • To email you an onboarding plan you requested.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interests (running and protecting the service). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: an AI inference provider (to power the chat assistant and onboarding planner), an email delivery provider (to send and receive messages), and a hosting provider whose servers are located in London, UK. Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to the conversation or business relationship. Chat and planner inputs are not stored by this website beyond what is needed to generate the response. Server logs are rotated routinely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vyntworks.com and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged more prominently.
