Why it pays

Priced against what it saves

Vyntworks isn't a cost line — it's how estimators win more work and protect margin on the work they win. Pro works out at roughly two estimator-days a month, and it saves far more than that.

Days back on every tender

Faster takeoff, a reusable pricing library and AI quote drafting turn a tender from days into hours — because nothing is re-keyed and nothing is priced from scratch twice. Your team quotes more work without adding headcount.

Win more, protect margin

Sharper, more professional quotes win more tenders; live CVR and cost control defend the margin on the jobs you land. One extra won project dwarfs a year of licence.

It pays for itself

If Vyntworks saves more than two estimator-days a month, Pro has already paid for itself — before a single extra tender is won. Everything after that is upside.

The real question isn't what Vyntworks costs — it's what one lost tender costs you.

Add-ons

Premium modules — add what you need, when you need it

Bolt these onto Pro one at a time, or take Enterprise and have all three from day one. You only pay for what you switch on — and each module is a flat monthly price for your whole company, however many of you are on the plan.

Vyntworks Intelligence

Flat — whole company, not per user

CVR & WIP reporting, AI financial insights and the Claude connector — so you see margin slippage before it costs you, not at the final account.

Takeoff & Drawings

Flat — whole company, not per user

Basic takeoff comes with every plan. This module adds named measurement groups, analyses and drift-linked quantities — so a re-measured drawing flags exactly which quote lines have moved.

Not sure a module earns its place? Try it first. During onboarding you can switch any premium module on free for 30 days, with your own data — it converts to a paid line only if you keep it, and simply switches off if you don't.

The crossover

Add to Pro, or move up to Enterprise?

Enterprise is simply Pro with every module switched on — so the arithmetic usually makes the call for you. Here's exactly where it tips.

One module
£750 + £300 = £1,050/mo

Stay on Pro. You're £200 a month under Enterprise — adding just the one module you need is the cheapest route.

Two modules
£750 + £300 + £200 = £1,250/mo

It tips here. That's Enterprise's price exactly — so move up and gain Takeoff & Drawings, unlimited users, multi-currency and premium support for the same spend.

All three modules
£750 + all three = £1,400/mo

Take Enterprise. At £1,250/mo it costs £150 a month less than the same three modules bought à la carte on Pro.

Pro £750 + Intelligence £300 + Document Studio £200 = Enterprise £1,250 — except Enterprise also brings Takeoff & Drawings, unlimited users and premium support for the same money.

All prices per month, excluding VAT. Modules are a flat company-wide fee, not per user.

Included vs extra

Questions

Frequently asked

Can we start with just estimating?

Yes — most teams do. Start on Core for quoting and takeoff, prove it on live tenders, then move up to Pro and add the intelligence, document and takeoff modules as the work grows. Starting small is the point, not a compromise.

How do the add-ons work?

Vyntworks Intelligence (£300/mo), Document Studio (£200/mo) and Takeoff & Drawings (£150/mo) can be added to a Pro plan, or come included with Enterprise. Each module is a flat monthly price for your whole company — not per user — so your entire Pro team shares it for one fee, however many of you are on the plan. You only pay for the modules you switch on. All prices exclude VAT.

Only a couple of our team need a module — do we still pay the full fee for everyone?

Yes — and that usually works in your favour, not against it. The premium modules — Vyntworks Intelligence (£300/mo), Document Studio (£200/mo) and Takeoff & Drawings (£150/mo) — are one flat fee for your whole company on Pro, not a per-seat licence, so switching a module on turns it on for everyone on the plan at once. There's no per-user counting to manage, no deciding who gets the “CVR seat”, and no top-up the month another estimator needs it — the price is the same whether one person uses it or your whole team does. On Enterprise all three are included outright. And because each module bills month to month, you only pay for the ones — and the months — you actually switch on. All prices exclude VAT.

Can we try a premium module before we start paying for it?

Yes. During onboarding you can trial a premium module — Vyntworks Intelligence, Document Studio or Takeoff & Drawings — for 30 days at no extra charge, with your own data, so you can see whether it earns its place. At the end of the trial it converts to a paid line (£300/mo, £200/mo or £150/mo respectively) only if you keep it — otherwise it simply switches off. Modules are never billed silently: you decide first, then you pay. All prices exclude VAT.

If we switch a module on, are we tied in — or can we turn it off again?

You're never tied in. The premium modules — Vyntworks Intelligence (£300/mo), Document Studio (£200/mo) and Takeoff & Drawings (£150/mo) — bill month to month, not on a separate contract, so switching one on is never a one-way door. Turn a module on when a project calls for it and off again when it doesn't; you're only billed for the months it's actually on, and switching it off leaves the rest of your plan exactly as it was. The same goes for extra users at £35/user/mo — add them for a busy stretch, drop them when it eases. All prices exclude VAT.

We already get takeoff on every plan — what does the Takeoff & Drawings module add?

Every plan includes basic takeoff: measure quantities straight off your PDF drawings and pull them into a quote. The Takeoff & Drawings module (£150/mo on Pro, included in Enterprise) is for teams doing serious measurement — it adds named drawing groups, saved takeoff analyses and drift-linked quantities, so when a drawing is re-issued Vyntworks flags exactly which quote lines have moved. If you mainly quote from straightforward drawings, the basic takeoff on your plan is plenty; add the module once re-measures and revisions start costing you time. All prices exclude VAT.

Can I add a module to a Core plan?

Premium modules attach to a Pro plan, and all three come included with Enterprise. Core covers the estimate-to-quote essentials for up to three users — when you want Vyntworks Intelligence, Document Studio or Takeoff & Drawings, you move up to Pro (£750/mo) and switch on just the modules you need. It's the same step most teams take as they grow from quoting into running jobs end to end. All prices exclude VAT.

Should we add modules to Pro, or move to Enterprise?

Enterprise is simply Pro with everything switched on, so the maths usually makes the call. Adding one module — say Pro £750 + Vyntworks Intelligence £300 = £1,050/mo — is the most cost-effective route when that's all you need. Add a second and you reach £1,250/mo, exactly Enterprise's price, so you may as well move up and gain unlimited users, multi-currency and premium support for the same spend. All three modules come to £1,400/mo on Pro, where Enterprise at £1,250 is plainly better value. All prices exclude VAT.

What counts as a user — and what if our team grows?

Each plan includes a set number of users: up to 3 on Core, up to 8 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise. Outgrow your Core or Pro cap and you can add extra users at £35/user/mo — no need to change plan. When you're adding more than a handful of seats, or you want the premium modules anyway, Enterprise removes per-seat counting altogether: unlimited users plus every module, multi-currency and premium support, all in one £1,250/mo line. All prices exclude VAT.

Can we pay annually — is there a discount for it?

Yes. Pay for a year up front and you get 12 months for the price of 10 — around two months free across the year. It's the same plan either way: paying annually simply trades a single up-front payment for the saving, and monthly billing stays available on every plan if you'd rather keep things flexible. Talk to us and we'll set out the annual figure for your plan and any modules in writing before you commit. All prices exclude VAT.

Is there a minimum contract — or are we locked in?

No lock-in. Every plan bills month to month, so you're on a rolling monthly basis rather than a fixed term you can't leave — Core, Pro and Enterprise alike. The flexible lines flex with it: the premium modules — Vyntworks Intelligence (£300/mo), Document Studio (£200/mo) and Takeoff & Drawings (£150/mo) — switch on and off month to month, and extra users at £35/user/mo scale up for a busy stretch and back down when it eases, none of it on a separate contract. Prefer to trade some of that flexibility for a saving? Paying annually gets you 12 months for the price of 10; otherwise monthly is the default, and you're free to change plan or drop a module as your needs change. We set out the exact terms in writing before you start, so nothing lives in the small print. All prices exclude VAT.

Some AI comes with every plan, but Vyntworks Intelligence is a paid add-on — where's the line?

The everyday AI is included with your plan: Ask Vynt in-app help on every plan, plus AI Edit and the AI Report Builder from Pro — all review-first, so a draft stays a draft until you approve it. Vyntworks Intelligence (£300/mo on Pro, included in Enterprise) is the separately-priced module on top: live CVR & WIP, AI financial insights, the Digital Workforce, and the secure connector that lets your team work across your live data from inside Claude. The simplest way to see the split: drafting, editing and asking for help are included; reading your margin across the whole business — and acting on it — is the paid module. All prices exclude VAT.

The AI Report Builder is included — so why is Document Studio a paid module?

They do different jobs. The AI Report Builder (included from Pro) is for reading your own numbers: chat with your live data and get KPI cards, tables, charts and dashboards you can act on — internal reporting, rendered straight from the system. Document Studio (£200/mo on Pro, included in Enterprise) is the step beyond that — it composes full client-facing documents from a library of designed page blocks and your own brand themes: branded proposals, capability decks and pitch documents, with your numbers turned into on-brand charts and diagrams and rendered as a polished, page-numbered PDF you can send. The simplest way to see the split: reading and charting your data for yourself is included; turning it into a designed, on-brand document for a client is the paid module. All prices exclude VAT.

Is AI usage included, or does it cost extra?

The AI features come with your plan — Ask Vynt help on every plan, and AI Edit plus the AI Report Builder from Pro. The AI compute that powers them is then metered as you use it: it's billed transparently in pounds, on top of your monthly plan, so a heavy AI month and a quiet one are each charged for exactly what they used. You pick the model per task and see the live cost in £ as you go, and admins can review organisation-wide spend any time under Settings → AI Usage. There's no bundled “AI credit” to run down and no surprise at month end — you only ever pay for the AI you actually use. All prices exclude VAT.

Can we work with Vyntworks from inside Claude — is the connector a separate subscription?

No separate subscription. Vyntworks Intelligence includes a secure per-company connector, so your team can work with the same assistant from inside Claude — asking across your live quotes, projects, purchase orders, WIP and CVR, running your saved Playbooks as ready-made prompts and managing your Digital Workforce, with the same Approve / Reject gate on every change it proposes. Because the connector is part of the Vyntworks Intelligence module (£300/mo on Pro, included in Enterprise), there's nothing extra to buy to switch it on — an admin enables it per company, and every request stays scoped to your tenant with your own permissions applied. All prices exclude VAT.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Enterprise plans carry a currency and FX rate on each quote, purchase order and invoice, with per-project overrides and a quarterly review.

Is onboarding included?

Every plan includes guided onboarding — a named specialist who sets your team up, not a help-centre link. The level of onboarding, training days and any bespoke integration work is tailored to your team and quoted on application.

We already have our data in spreadsheets — can you bring it across?

Yes. Getting your existing data in is part of guided onboarding — not something you're left to do alone. Whether you're coming from spreadsheets or another estimating system, we set up your products, price tables, spec library and quote templates with your own data, so your team starts in a workspace that already looks like theirs rather than an empty one. How much we migrate — the volume of data, the number of templates, any bespoke import work — is scoped and quoted to your team up front, so there's no mid-rollout surprise. Talk to us and we'll map it out with you.

And if we ever move on — can we take our data back out?

Yes — your data is yours, and nothing about leaving is built to trap you. Every plan bills month to month, so there's no fixed term keeping you in and no contract to unwind. The records you build day to day already come out in standard formats — quotes and reports as branded Word and Excel, purchase orders and invoices as PDFs, and report data as CSV — so your work is portable while you're using it, not only at the end. If the day does come to move on, getting your data out is handled the same considered way we bring it in at onboarding: scoped and agreed with you up front, so you leave with your work in hand rather than locked behind a login.
