Integrations

Vyntworks sits across what you already use.

Your accounts stay in your accounts package, your pipeline stays in your CRM, your team keeps talking in Slack or Teams. Vyntworks holds the commercial centre and keeps everything in step — instead of asking you to abandon anything.

Set up with you, not left to you. Every connection is configured together during onboarding — you never wire any of this up alone.

Xero

Included from Pro

A deep, two-way link. Approved invoice-schedule phases push to Xero as drafts, and matched costs flow back to feed live CVR — so the numbers you report are the numbers in your accounts.

  • Invoice-schedule push as Xero drafts
  • Matched costs back into CVR
  • A total edited in Xero is flagged, not silently applied
  • Contacts sync your way — from Xero, from Vyntworks, or full two-way
  • Several organisations for a group — each figure tagged to its company
  • Reconnect in a click when tokens expire

Sage 50

Enterprise

Connect your Sage 50 ledger under Connections to bring reconciled actual costs into the commercial picture — and sync your clients, suppliers and products, one-way or two-way, your choice.

  • Actual cost reconciliation
  • Clients, suppliers & products in sync
  • Managed from Settings → Connections

NetSuite

Scoped with you

Push quotes straight across to NetSuite with your own classification and field mappings — priced in Vyntworks, filed the way your finance team expects.

  • Quotes pushed to NetSuite
  • Your own classification & field mappings

HubSpot

Enterprise

Deals sync from your pipeline as engagements. Raise a quote from one and the client and contact arrive pre-filled — and once it's priced, value and profit flow back to the deal.

  • Deal-to-quote with client & contact pre-filled
  • Companies & contacts created in Vyntworks automatically
  • Quote value & profit pushed back to the deal

Slack & Microsoft Teams

Vyntworks Intelligence add-on Digital Workforce

Your AI colleagues take a seat where your team already talks. Ask a question in-channel and get an answer from live data; a proposed write arrives as an Approve / Reject card — nothing lands until a person clicks.

  • Two-way chat from live data, in-thread
  • Approve / Reject cards before anything is written
  • Scheduled alerts to email, Slack or Teams

OneDrive & SharePoint

Vyntworks Intelligence add-on

Point Vyntworks at the document library your team already keeps in Microsoft 365: Vyntworks Intelligence reads the spreadsheets, drawings and specs read-only — and files finished quotes, POs and reports straight back into the right folder.

  • Microsoft 365 sign-in — no passwords stored
  • Read-in read-only, folder-scoped
  • File documents back, by client & project

AI assistants

Vyntworks Intelligence add-on

Connect the AI assistant your team already uses — Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code and more — straight to your live data through one secure per-company connector. It reads first, and every change waits for a person.

  • One secure connector for the whole company
  • Ask across live quotes, projects, POs, WIP & CVR
  • Read-first — every write waits for Approve / Reject
  • Admin-enabled, and revocable in a click

Something else in your stack?

Ask us straight

If you run a different finance system or CRM, talk to us rather than assuming — we'll tell you straight whether it's supported, and scope any bespoke connection work up front.

  • A straight answer before you commit
  • Bespoke work scoped & quoted up front

Xero connects on Pro and Enterprise; Sage 50, HubSpot and multi-currency are Enterprise features; the Digital Workforce in Slack & Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint read-in and the AI-assistant connector are part of the Vyntworks Intelligence add-on (£300/mo on Pro, included in Enterprise, ex VAT). Xero · a group of companies
Included from Pro

Run more than one company? Connect every one.

Plenty of contractors trade through more than one legal entity — a main contractor, a fit-out arm, an M&E company. Connect each one's Xero organisation and Vyntworks works across all of them from a single workspace, with every invoice, cost and contact tagged to the company it belongs to.

  • Several Xero organisations, one workspace — the main contractor, the fit-out arm, the plant company, each keeping its own ledger
  • Ask across the whole group at once — “who owes us past 30 days?” answers from every company, each line labelled with the entity it came from
  • Never the wrong books — records stay separate per organisation, so a figure never lands in the wrong company's accounts
  • One playing up won't stop the rest — a sweep returns what it can and flags the single organisation that needs a reconnect

HubSpot deal-to-quote

From a deal in the pipeline to a costed quote — nothing re-keyed

When a deal syncs, Vyntworks creates or updates the company and contact for you — and the engagement remembers them. Hit Add New Quote on any engagement and the quote form opens with the client and contact already selected, ready to price.

  • Client & contact pre-filled from the deal — every field stays fully editable
  • Companies & contacts auto-created in Vyntworks the moment a deal syncs
  • Value & profit written back to the HubSpot deal, with the contact and company linked to it
  • One pipeline, one truth — sales sees the number estimating actually priced

Verify a prospect on the public register — then create the record, governed

Ask Vyntworks Intelligence about a company and it reads the official Companies House register — profile, active officers, persons with significant control and filing history — straight into the chat. Then, when you ask it to add them to your CRM, it doesn't just write: it previews the record, checks for duplicates, and waits for your confirm.

  • Verify before you engage — search the free public register and pull a company's number, registered address, active officers, PSCs and filing history on the spot. No credentials, no scraping — the official source
  • A write that previews first — ask it to add a company, contact or deal and it shows you the record before anything is created, with a duplicate check that steers it to update an existing match rather than mint a copy
  • Nothing is created unseen — CRM writes are a two-step preview → confirm, off until an admin turns them on, and every create is logged against the person who approved it
  • Joined up, not orphaned — a new contact attaches to its company and a deal to its contact, using HubSpot's own associations, so the pipeline stays connected

OneDrive & SharePoint

Your document library, read straight into the job

Most of what a new enquiry needs already lives in Microsoft 365 — the pricing spreadsheet, the drawings, the spec. Connect the library once under Settings → Connections and Vyntworks Intelligence can read it on the spot, so estimating starts from what you already have instead of a re-keyed copy.

  • Sign in with Microsoft 365 — OAuth, no passwords ever stored in Vyntworks; your IT admin approves the app once
  • Pick exactly what it can see — a SharePoint site library or your OneDrive, narrowed to a single folder
  • Reads the formats you actually use — Excel, Word, PDF, CSV and text, pulled in on demand
  • Read-only, always — Vyntworks reads; it never writes back, renames or moves a thing in your library

SharePoint filing

And finished documents file themselves back into SharePoint

Reading your library is only half of it. Print a quote, raise a purchase order or export a report and Vyntworks drops a copy straight into the right Microsoft 365 folder — filed by client, project and document type, so nobody is dragging PDFs into place at the end of the day.

  • A folder convention that's yours — set a template like Client / Project / Document type once, with a live preview, and every save lands where it should
  • Map the awkward ones — point a specific client or project at the exact folder your team already uses, and that mapping wins over the convention
  • Auto-file or offer — switch auto-filing on per document type, or let Vyntworks offer a one-click save with a deep link into SharePoint
  • It only ever adds — a name clash saves a renamed copy; Vyntworks never overwrites, renames or moves anything already in your library, and every save is logged

AI assistants · bring your own

Connect the AI assistant your team already uses

You don't have to work inside Vyntworks to get at your numbers. Add Vyntworks as a secure per-company connector and the AI assistant your team already lives in — Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code and other MCP-capable tools — reaches straight into your live data, without a copy-paste in sight. It reads first, and any change it proposes stops at an Approve / Reject card, exactly as it does in the app.

  • Bring your own assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code, Antigravity and other MCP-capable tools connect through the same secure endpoint
  • One connector for the whole company — an admin turns it on once; sign-in is OAuth with PKCE, so there's no secret to copy around
  • The same reach, the same rails — ask across live quotes, projects, POs & subcontract orders, tenders, invoices, WIP and CVR, and run your saved Playbooks as ready-made prompts
  • Read-first, and revocable — every proposed write waits for Approve / Reject, scoped to your tenant with your permissions; one click disconnects every assistant at once

Regional & localisation

Built for the way your region works

Currency is only half the story. Vyntworks ships with UK conventions out of the box — but a US or international company can switch the whole workspace to its own terms, taxes, dates, units and address formats. Existing UK accounts are untouched; you opt in only when you need it.

Speak your team's language, not ours

Set your country once and the right currency, tax model, date format and units fall into place — then fine-tune any of it. Vyntworks even relabels its own vocabulary to match how your team actually talks.

  • Your terminology — apply the US English preset in a click (Variation → Change Order, Tender → Bid, Valuation → Pay Application), or edit any term by hand
  • Tax your country's way — VAT or sales tax, with rates held per country
  • Dates, numbers & units — d/m/Y and m² for the UK, m/d/Y and feet for the US; even takeoff calibrates in your unit
  • Addresses that fit — UK postcode, or US City, State and ZIP — the form adapts to your country

Regional profile

Pick your country — United Kingdom, United States, Ireland or Switzerland — and Vyntworks pre-fills currency, date format, units, tax model and the region label, each still editable.

Terminology

A per-company glossary so Vyntworks uses your words. One-click US English preset or reset to UK, with inline edits for any term your team prefers.

Tax rates

VAT or sales tax handled per country, so the right tax model and rates apply to quotes, orders and invoices wherever you operate.

Defaults to UK for every account — switch it on only when you need it. Admin-controlled under Settings → Regional, Terminology and Tax Rates.

Connected with you

You never wire any of this up alone.

Connecting the systems you already run is part of onboarding, not an exercise left to you. A named specialist sets up each connection with your team, checks the first sync together, and stays on hand as your setup evolves — because an integration only pays off once it's trusted.
