Vyntworks sits across what you already use.
Your accounts stay in your accounts package, your pipeline stays in your CRM, your team keeps talking in Slack or Teams. Vyntworks holds the commercial centre and keeps everything in step — instead of asking you to abandon anything.
Set up with you, not left to you. Every connection is configured together during onboarding — you never wire any of this up alone.
Xero
A deep, two-way link. Approved invoice-schedule phases push to Xero as drafts, and matched costs flow back to feed live CVR — so the numbers you report are the numbers in your accounts.
- Invoice-schedule push as Xero drafts
- Matched costs back into CVR
- Contacts sync your way — from Xero, from Vyntworks, or full two-way
- Reconnect in a click when tokens expire
Sage 50
Connect your Sage 50 ledger under Connections to bring reconciled actual costs into the commercial picture — and sync your clients, suppliers and products, one-way or two-way, your choice.
- Actual cost reconciliation
- Clients, suppliers & products in sync
- Managed from Settings → Connections
NetSuite
Push quotes straight across to NetSuite with your own classification and field mappings — priced in Vyntworks, filed the way your finance team expects.
- Quotes pushed to NetSuite
- Your own classification & field mappings
HubSpot
Deals sync from your pipeline as engagements. Raise a quote from one and the client and contact arrive pre-filled — and once it's priced, value and profit flow back to the deal.
- Deal-to-quote with client & contact pre-filled
- Companies & contacts created in Vyntworks automatically
- Quote value & profit pushed back to the deal
Slack & Microsoft Teams
Your AI colleagues take a seat where your team already talks. Ask a question in-channel and get an answer from live data; a proposed write arrives as an Approve / Reject card — nothing lands until a person clicks.
- Two-way chat from live data, in-thread
- Approve / Reject cards before anything is written
- Scheduled alerts to email, Slack or Teams
Something else in your stack?
If you run a different finance system or CRM, talk to us rather than assuming — we'll tell you straight whether it's supported, and scope any bespoke connection work up front.
- A straight answer before you commit
- Bespoke work scoped & quoted up front
Xero connects on Pro and Enterprise; Sage 50, HubSpot and multi-currency are Enterprise features. See plans & pricing →
From a deal in the pipeline to a costed quote — nothing re-keyed
When a deal syncs, Vyntworks creates or updates the company and contact for you — and the engagement remembers them. Hit Add New Quote on any engagement and the quote form opens with the client and contact already selected, ready to price.
- Client & contact pre-filled from the deal — every field stays fully editable
- Companies & contacts auto-created in Vyntworks the moment a deal syncs
- Value & profit written back to the HubSpot deal, with the contact and company linked to it
- One pipeline, one truth — sales sees the number estimating actually priced
Quote, order and invoice in any currency
Carry a currency and FX rate on quotes, purchase orders and invoices. Override the rate per project, and review rates quarterly — conversion is always project rate ÷ order rate, so there's never a surprise retro-conversion.
- Currency & FX on quotes, POs and invoices
- Per-project manual FX override
- Quarterly review, with no surprise retro-conversion
Built for the way your region works
Currency is only half the story. Vyntworks ships with UK conventions out of the box — but a US or international company can switch the whole workspace to its own terms, taxes, dates, units and address formats. Existing UK accounts are untouched; you opt in only when you need it.
Speak your team's language, not ours
Set your country once and the right currency, tax model, date format and units fall into place — then fine-tune any of it. Vyntworks even relabels its own vocabulary to match how your team actually talks.
- Your terminology — apply the US English preset in a click (Variation → Change Order, Tender → Bid, Valuation → Pay Application), or edit any term by hand
- Tax your country's way — VAT or sales tax, with rates held per country
- Dates, numbers & units — d/m/Y and m² for the UK, m/d/Y and feet for the US; even takeoff calibrates in your unit
- Addresses that fit — UK postcode, or US City, State and ZIP — the form adapts to your country
Regional profile
Pick your country — United Kingdom, United States, Ireland or Switzerland — and Vyntworks pre-fills currency, date format, units, tax model and the region label, each still editable.
Terminology
A per-company glossary so Vyntworks uses your words. One-click US English preset or reset to UK, with inline edits for any term your team prefers.
Tax rates
VAT or sales tax handled per country, so the right tax model and rates apply to quotes, orders and invoices wherever you operate.
Defaults to UK for every account — switch it on only when you need it. Admin-controlled under Settings → Regional, Terminology and Tax Rates.
You never wire any of this up alone.
Connecting the systems you already run is part of onboarding, not an exercise left to you. A named specialist sets up each connection with your team, checks the first sync together, and stays on hand as your setup evolves — because an integration only pays off once it's trusted.
