Delete your Vyntworks Field data

In the app

1. Open Vyntworks Field.
2. On the home screen, choose Delete my data.
3. Confirm. The app tells you how many photos were deleted, and signs you out.

Without the app

Email hello@vyntworks.com from the email address you sign in with, and tell us your company's Tibr address (for example yourcompany.tibr.online). We confirm it is you, delete the data within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Photos you sent that have not been filed to a job: the photos, their previews, and their times and locations.
• Your job site visits (which jobs you arrived at and left, and when).
• Your phones' details and notification tokens; every phone is signed out.

What is kept

• Photos already filed to a job are part of your employer's job records and stay in the job's folder. Ask your employer if you want them removed.
• Your sign-in account belongs to your employer's Tibr; your employer removes it when you leave.

Even if you do nothing, photos that are never filed to a job are deleted 30 days after they were taken. More in the Vyntworks Field privacy notice.
